Easy answer... Jason at Fantaseadive. I dove with him multiple times on 2 different trips with my family. Personal, entertaining, safety conscious, no cattle boat. What more could you want? It's like diving with a old friend.

I know the guys from Phocea Riviera Maya and they are great. Another very good option is Reef Quest Divers at The Blue Parrot beach, excellent people and personalized services. Hope you have a great time down here.

I would recommend jason as well, also there is dennis weeks pez de diablo on this board check them out can't go wrong on any of them, check jason's videos on this board
