To All,

We're seeking experienced DM's or Instructor's to manage our Retail Dive Center/s. For information on who we are, please visit Off The Wall Scuba - Learn to Scuba Dive in class and online in Baltimore, MD

As Marylands fastest growing SCUBA Center, opportunities abound for the right candidate. As we plan our growth and expansion to a second location, we're looking for candidates that want to work and grow in this exciting industry. To be considered, you must have at least one year experience as a Dive Center Manager or two years of retail management experience and be a certified diver.

The candidate/s selected will work a 5 day (Tuesday - Saturday) / 35 hour work week with Sundays & Mondays off. In addition to base pay of $455 ($13 per Hour) a week, candidates may recieve monthly bonus's of $100 - $1000 when tiered gross sales goals are met. Bonuses can realistically be obtained by strong sellers. Interested candidates have the option to use up to 50% of their weekly salary to buy ownership interest in the shop.

We are a PADI 5 Star Facility offering Recreational & Technical (TDI/PSAI) Dive Training.

In 2010 we are planning the opening of our 2nd location in the Baltimore area. This is an exciting time to be a part of Off the Wall Scuba.

To be considered, you must email all of the following to ken@offthewallscuba.com not later than 8/15/2009. Omission of any of the requested items will result in denial of the application:

1. Cover letter detailing why you're the person for the job and some highlights of your diving career
2. Resume showing personal information and related jobs and experiences
3. Three diving references who can tell us what type of diver you really are
4. A photo of you diving or if you don't have one, a headshot photo

NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. Select applicants will be contacted to schedule an interview. Thank you for your interest.
