Get your new High tek submersible cruiser from Walmart for $69.94

Explore the depths of your pool with the Minimoto Submersible Cruiser — a positively buoyant, underwater cruiser powered by a hi-output 70-watt motor that propels you up to 2-feet per second through the water. And the fun doesn't end when it gets dark — use the super bright underwater headlight for exploration well into the night.

Travels up to 2-feet per second underwater
12 V rechargeable battery
70 watt hi-output motor
Super bright underwater headlight
Positive bouyancy returns cruiser to the surface
What...No Depth rating?

Could be a cute snorkeling aid if you only weigh 45 pounds. I guess the 3600 foot maximum (2 feet per second for 30 minutes probably without the light) would be greatly reduced it you were 200 lbs plus gear.

Yes I know it is a toy...But it is only a matter of time before one of us will see one at a dive site. Lets have a contest to see who gets the first photo of one in use.

Cripes, I better make sure my wife doesn't see this. She keeps nosing around for a surface swim scooter, and I keep saying "no" when she proposes another $200 addition to our gear cabinet. :)

That doesn't include a warranty and lifetime parts. If you get it at your LDS, you'll get these included, but it costs $1599.85. :D

PLUS Wal Mart isn't an authorized Minimoto dealer, so you know you are buying gray market :11doh:

My kids would dig it. Wonder if you can toss a soft weight in with the battery to get it neutral like you can with those SeaDoo knockoffs?

i tell ya what my buddy bought one of those 159.00 little scooters from
heartland america ... looks kinda like the seadoo brand ... and we were laughing becuase we figured once it got wet it would short out or wouldn't be strong enough to itself but he hadn't even used it yet so he told me to take it took it back to Florida with me and try it for him and i was surprised as to how fast that lil joker would pull a person i mean ya it was only rated to 60 feet as max depth but it pulled me over 2 times as fast as i could kick i mean i myself wouldn't purchase one im just gone save and buy something more reliable but i was suprised about how well it did for what it was

Someone should buy one, take it down to 100' so it floods, and then carry it back into the store, still wearing all the divegear.... and dripping if possible......to demand a refund.
