I did a few searches and was unsuccessful In finding any real information about this backplate. Just looking for thoughts; good, bad or indifferent.

I like the fact it’s stainless so durability wise I’d imagine it’s better than an AL plate (although I doubt I’ll wear through either in my diving endevors).

Does anyone know if a Zeagle zip touch system can be mounted to it or does some home modifications need to occur (I found a thread referencing the zip touch but it never confirmed it would work or if the plate needed mods).
 
For any other inquisitive minds. The zip touch system will fit on the plate through existing holes, however you can not feed the waistbelt through the loop on the back. In order to use the system and waist belt an additional hole needs to be drilled.
