Willing to negotiate price. Purchased and assembled this rig back in 2005, used it on about 40 ocean, fresh water, cave, wreck and pool dives. includes fully assembled Medium Harness, Stainless Steel backplate and single tank mount. Very little sign of wear on this equipment. Also includes a crotch strap. This system is modular Get yourself a Dive Rite wing to go with it (except the travel wing) and you will be ready to dive !!! I also have a pair of Trans Weight 32 modular pouches that I would be willing to sell with it for an additional $20. The Dive Rite TransPlate Harness is a hybrid harness designed for divers who want the support of a backpack-style harness for better weight-load distribution, yet wish to dive a hard metal backplate.
The Dive Rite TransPlate Harness disperses weight across the hips and back, minimizing shoulder strain. When used with a 6-pound steel backplate, divers can remove or minimize weight pockets. The Dive Rite TransPlate Harness has adjustable straps that adapt to a wide variety of exposure suits and means easy donning and doffing. The modular design allows for customization with a wide variety of pockets and accessories.
The TransPlate Harness is designed to be used with any wing, except the Travel Wing, in the Dive Rite line.
The Dive Rite Backplate design has been the industry since 1984. The Dive Rite Backplatesare perfect for the diver who loves simplicity with a wide range of accessory mounting options. The recently redesigned aluminum and stainless steel back plates are highly polished with rounded upper corners and include doubles mounting slots that allow easy assembly on doubles without alignment concerns.
The Dive Rite Backplates incorporate several features including tank cam band slots, doubles mounting slot, and a crotch strap slot. ABS backplate features a 1.0-inch slot allowing only a 1.0-inch crotch strap. Aluminum and stainless steel backplates are both designed with 1.0-inch and 2.0-inch slots to accommodate your choice of crotch strap and come with holes along the sides for mounting accessories.
