I wrote DR CS on 30 JUL about my weight inserts falling out of the pockets on a transplate harness. I got a response on 10 AUG and after a couple of e-mail exchanges I was fairly happy with the resolution offered. However since then...nothing. I even wrote them about another small issue in the same e-mail thread (wanting to buy XXL shoulder pads ofr my harness) and still nothing.
So in total, it's been something like 20 days and now I'm not sure what the heck is up. I'd *really* like to have my inserts from turning inside-out in the pockets and falling out since they hang annoyingly by the straps. So far I have to say I'm not sure what to think. I specifically chose DR from Dive Gear Express over the Hollis rig because it was US made, the support videos seemed liked they care about the product, it's a relatively small company and apparent quality.
I won't mention any names and I *have* tried contacting DR directly so I think I've given this it's due regard before trotting this out onto the forum. Anybody else having/had similar issues? Advice?
