I have one that is more of the triangle shape for $50 CAN ( roughly $36 US) plus shipping. I don't know if it has ever been used. It is just like the one in this link.
Dive Rite Butt Plate
This is exactly what you need if you are diving sidemount with heavier steel tanks. Also adds more places to clip off important items like reels and spools.
