Cruisin' to the southern islands in mid-November...St. Vincent, Grenada, Martinique, St. Lucia and St. Thomas...

If we only dive two islands, whcih might you recommend (?)

and

any sites/dive operators you recommend.??? We have better luck booking separately from the cruise ship...

Unfortunately, the St. Vincent stop is for a grand total of 5 hours (12 noon - 5 pm) or we'd try and sneak off to one of the Grenadines....

THANKS much!

No need to sneak off to the Grenadines (that's not even a day trip anyway) - St. Vincent diving is really good, we've been there 3 times and will do it again. Try arranging something through Dive St. Vincent. This wouldn't fit in their normal schedule of 2 tank late morning dives, but sometimes they run a boat in the afternoon if they have people to go. If you can find other people, with a group of 6 they'll give you a boat and do whatever.

The other operator is Dive Fantasea, I've never used them as they seem to come and go - they were operating 4 months ago but seemed to be doing more snorkel tours if anything and not a lot of diving. They may be more inclined to cater to cruise ship passengers, but I'd still try for Dive St. Vincent.

THANKS! anybody else ...??? all suggestions are welcome :-}
