Dive master

Hi,
I am looking for a place to dive (and make a dive master course) somewhere in the world, and my budget is not so high (2 years ago i dived in Honduras and the prices there were just great for me... around 15US$ for a dive).
Can anyone please suggest good and cheap places for diving (besides Thailand please)...

To be more accurate... I know the dive master prices are more or less equal, but I meant to ask about accomodation and arrival costs and also dive prices (not the DM course).

Lot of cheap chartered flights direct from Isreal and do it at Goa barracudadiving for 25,000 InR + 115AU$ PAdi fee + Cost of manual +Diving knowledge workbook which you can buy in Isreal or borrow if you know DM freinds. ( INR = 45 US) Minimum time one month intership.
