Dive log book / cert card folder

I am looking for a folder that
1) accepts my log books (7,8 cm/3,07 inches between binder rings)
2) has a place for a pen and some (many) certification cards
3) flat and compact

I've got a large diving binder that I absolutely adore. It's much bigger than what you seem to be asking for. Laying on the table, zipped closed, it's about 8in wide, 10in tall, and 3in thick at the thickest. However, what could be of use to you is my method of stowing my cert cards. I went to WalMart and picked them up, but they can be found online and more specialized: Plastic sleeves for cards. I bought ones for trading cards, like Pokemon or Magic: The Gathering or Baseball cards. The cert cards bounce around so I have clear tape holding the "mouths" of the sleeves shut and just trimmed the sheets to the size I wanted. I can post pictures tonight if you're interested.
