dive light

lookin around for a dive light. but i saw this and wanted to know if something like this would work?

are headlamps just not recomended for diving?

I don't see why it wouldn't work, unless of course you are going deeper then 500 feet. But i would drop a quick line to Pelican's customer service address and make sure. They are pretty good with helping customers.

p.s. The only problem I have with headlamps, is you tend to blind your buddy every time you look at him/her. I guess you could aim it up higher/down lower.
