anyone have idea how did Pier Uno charges for two dives without equipment in a day trip?

which dive site is recommend for beginners ?

there are a lot of dive sites that you can dive as beginners... cathedral, classroom, twin rocks, bubbles, batok... even the house reef in front of Pier Uno is good for beginners.

do you mean to say that you need to rent equipment/gear from the resort?
