Ok so i read so many threads about this and i made up my mind about certain things:
1. i want an air integrated computer
2. i want diver replaceble baterys
3. i would prefer a wireless one if it is reliable
4. i am ok with nitrox 50% since i don't see myself ever going tech.
5. i consider i could adapt just as well to a conservative algorithm as to a liberal one
6. i can't buy from a diveshop. i live in Romania and there are 1 or 2 diveshops since there is no diving here and the prices are double. so, it's very important that the computer i choose has a good chance of not having to be sent back for any tech issues since that would be a huge pita.
My big problem is that there is no computer without 1 or 2 issues. For any of my posible choices there have been some complaints.
My options are:
1. oceanic atom 2.0/ aeris epic - although i read the dysplay is pretty small but my eyes are good. i think.
2. oceanic vt3/ aeris elite t3 - problem would be that the straps are very long and i'm a slim girl with tiny wrists- but maybe they can be changed, dunno if anybody tryed
3. Uwatec Aladin smart tec
4. aeris atmos elite - battery issues
6. suunto vytec
7. suunto D9 - batterys non user replaceble
Most important thing is to be reliable and lasting. I am willing to pay more but as long as it's worth the diference. I dive with an mp3 player that's why i want a wrist unit since i will not hear any audible alarms. I plan to do deep diving but not more then 50-60m (180 feet).
I apreciate any advice or experience with any of these computers either good or bad. it would at least help me narrow it down. I know i have covered almost all wireless computers but i'm very confused.
Thank you.
