Dive computer and sportswatch in one watch?

Hi,

I do like to cycle and run and dive a lot.

That have made me wonder if there exist a watch, which have GPS, Heart rate monitor and still have the dive functions, such as dive-time, depth, decompression etc.

I know that Suunto make sportswatches and divewatches, but is there any who have combined this to one watch?
