Hello everyone,
I am looking to build a locker/cabinet storage unit in my garage for my dive gear. Any ideas on which wood is the best used for such a project? Any ideas and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and be safe.

3/4 birch plywood would be a good start. Your garage may not be the best plave, though, due to fumes from gasoline and such.

I made one 6' by 3' by 2' out of 2 1/2 ply boards it has 2 shelves and a hanging bar in the middle for BC/wetsuit hanging with wheels on the bottom it moves about easy. very useful for 2 divers in the house.:D used junk ply and painted it inside and out with kitchen house paint.

I use a plastic storage cabinet, I got it from either home depot or Lowes.
