The good thing about baja dive is that it includes the store location so your not buying someones lease and some gear. You will own this property that is located on the marina boardwalk.I you check you will see that %95 Of all shops on the Market do not Include realestate. Hello again;One quick note about Cabo San Lucas. With year round Diving you have year round Income. Last week water temp was in the lower 80s Vis. about 70 to 80 ft.A trip to the sand Falls is just 10 Mins from Our dock.
