I checked the Buddy Finder system on ScubaBoard and it looks like there are over 3 pages of people that are registered on here that are within 20 miles of you and about 5 that live within 5 miles of you. Did you try to contact them? Do you know how to find that information?
There is also another site that gives information about dive sites and possible dive buddies.

If you ever make it up to Southern NH, the Piscataqua River is loaded with old bottles. I'm planning a couple dives there in May. It's only divable at slack tide though. All the easy stuff is gone already, metel detecting there would be worth it.
