Dive Boot Question

So i have 3 questions concerning edge dive boots.

1. is a number 10 boot a size 10 men's and

2. if I'm a 10 1/2 should i get a 11?

3. would you recommend edge low boots or the edge deluxe zipper boot?

Get the 11....If too short and especially in salt water, you'll get a blister on your toes 'cause of all the kicking, rubbing and flexing your feet do.....What style boot you get is personal and sometimes depends on what fin you use.......
