Is the Sea Quest Pearl BCD with SureLock Weight System the direct replacement for the Diva XL?

What is the difference between the Pearl and the Pearl I3?

How often do I need to service?
How long does it take?
How much does it cost?

Is there any reason why I shouldn't buy this online for a cost savings of $75

if you don't like the idea of the inflate/deflate lever, stay away from the i3....that being said, i have the dimension i3 and think it's good to go now that i am used to it.
