The new dynamic stills below the Forums, Board Features, etc. bar stays ontop of the pull-downs, on my systems anyway. WinXP, Explorer 8, worked with previous graphic.

There are a bunch of stills floating around the band labeled ScubaBoard Matrix

It appears to be an ad for the Florida Dive Show, which has still photos of divers rotating around to each "take their turn" at front and center.
The ad remains in the foreground, and the drop down menus for Board Features, New Posts, and Scuba Chat are obscured.

Fixed it.
It was the other person who uploads the banner ads... He forgets to make them transparent every time when someone sends a flash banner.
It takes a few minutes for it to propagate through the servers...
