Disabled open water in Phuket

I have a friend coming over from the UK looking to do an Open Water Course in Phuket. He is paralysed from the waist down. Can anybody recommend a professional outfit in Phuket who has experience with such disabilities?

The only one i know of is in Pattaya

Although the instructor in question passed away a few years go The school might be able to point you in the right direction.
