Has anyone taken a GUE class, specificly DIRF, in the Cayman Islands? How was it? How were the instructors?
I have been speaking with who I think is the instructor and he/ she seems great. I realize the diving there would be NOTHING like the diving I do in the Great Lakes, but I feel anything will help.

As far as I know, he is a resident instructor that teaches GUE: DIRF, Tech 1,2,3 and Rebreather 1,2.

He works at the ocean frontiers resort/diveshop

Here is their link www.oceanfrontiers.com and with in that you can go to the dive instruction section and find the GUE instruction. Well the rest is self-explanitory.(sp)
