Sorry if this is a stupid question or not the right place to ask but as I've been reading the various posts I've been able to figure out most of the acronyms but one I can't get is DIR. What is a DIR?

I always like this one...straight from the source, as it were:

http://www.dirquest.com/about_dir.shtml

Hope that helps! For me, it was a great choice and I would never think of diving another way. Whether the same can be said for you is a personal choice that alone will have to make. Whether you choose to DIR or not, dive safely and have fun.

Goes well with the black suit.

DOES NOT! Black gloves go better with a black suit. Do you wear blue socks with your tux?
