DIR and weight systems

I have seen alot of discussion, and done some reading on what equipment is DIR, but haven't ran accross anything about weight systems. I was curious, when using a wing/BP what is the accepted DIR weight system (ie. all on the belt, weight pouches on harness..etc..)

Thanks for links! I really appreciate it. I try to keep up w/ posts on the board as they come up, but my schedule has never allowed me to dedicate as much time as I would like to research everything here.
