I have an oxygen whip with a blown DIN o-ring on the receiving cylinder fitting. I have really hard time figuring out the correct size for this o-ring. It is somewhere between 111 and 112, optimally probably thinner than those. 111 does seal when carefully tightened but pops out easily.
What could be more or less standards sizes I should try next?
Metric 12.0x2.5 was somewhere cited as being the "true DIN o-ring"
DGX website says 11.3x2.4 is "closest to DIN specification" and used by some reg manufacturers.
Others?
Unfortunately I have no idea who manufactured this fitting on anything where I could find the correct spec.
Based on my measurements of the groove I'd say those two must be in the ballpark.
How do you specify the correct o-ring size based on groove measurements?

Din O´ring on my AQL reg is : 2,70 x 10,5mm and Apeks is: AP1166: 2,62 x 11mm
Insert: 12,1 x 2,7 mm and 10,5 x 2,7 mm
