What dimensions are you looking for? There are rather a lot of them in all.

The height & width of the aluminum plate (both widest and narrowest where it tapers in)

OK, I wasn't going to make a project out of this, so all measurements are approximate. I dug out the aluminum one and didn't measure the SS one, though I think they're about the same. Unless you're trying to make your own, I think these are close enough for gummint work:
The length of the plate is about 15 3/4".
The length of the widest part of the plate is about 7", and the length of the tapered part of the plate is about 8 3/4".
The width of the bottom end of the plate is about 10 5/8".
The width of the top end of the taper is about 7" measured to the approximate middle of the radiused corners.
The top radius is about 3".
The length of the plate is about 15 3/4".
