Difficulty searching forums

I've tried several times to search the forums for "La Paz" with no results ever returned.
I've tried the top insto-search, the advanced search, but to no avail even though there is a thread called "La Paz or San Carlos--need help!!" in the Mexico forum.

What gives? :monkey:

Our search is based on mysql's Boolean technology and has a 3 character minimum limit for all strings. Additionally, common terms such as the, and, it, or, etc... are automatically removed from searches by the query process. We understand that this results in imperfect searches but given the size of our database and post count its the best we can offer at present time.
