Question Different denominations for gas blends ?

Yes, volume can make up for waste, but outside of cave country, who does that volume?

I was just thinking between between say 25/25 (a Great Lakes mix someone mentioned) vs 21/35 from banked 10/70. Between eliminating the waste, and lower labor costs maybe even add in a touch of additional volume, would you be able to get the prices near parity?

Of course the assumes the shop isn't a one man operation, as most owners view their labor as being a sunk cost.

Banking continuous blend 10/70 is never cost effective. The heat generated by the compressor squeezing 70% helium cooks the final stage valves.
I bank 18/45. Outside of that, I just continuous blend whatever they want.
25/25 is a really common 150' mix up here.
