Diaphragm size and material

As people have made their own LP seats, I am wondering if the same has been done for 1st stage diaphragms.

As I have a SP mk14 and a mk18 I wonder if it can be done. I looked through the forum but I cannot find it.

Looking for thickness, material and sizes.

No reason why not, so long as you are using the correct fabric reinforced material, cut with a sharp hole punch to produce crisp accurate edges. I've had best results cutting LP seats by lubricating the punch and material with some diluted washing up liquid... rinse off though
Measure the recess with vernier calipers... most USD/Aqualung are 35mm dia.

McMaster-Carr lists Water- and Refrigerant-Resistant Reinforced Neoprene Gasket Material in a couple of thicknesses... measure the old one, 1/16" (1.6mm) or 1/8" (3.2mm) available.
