It has the comfort 1.5 inch crotch strap. A thicker 2 inch crotch strap would be a cheap add on . Does not come with weight pockets. In freshwater, I dive the same system in a five mil wetsuit with generally zero weight up to 4 pounds. If nterested, I have a set of essentially unused HOG quick drop weight pockets if you would like.

Sorry, what do you mean by "zero weight up to 4 pounds"? I'll be diving in 7mm in central CA and probably swapping the plate out with something lighter for travel, so I think those weight pockets would be useful.

Yes, considering something along those lines as well. Not sure how important ditchability of weights is in general, seems like people get on ok without it?
