Me and my roomate made the trip to Destin today and had a pretty good time. Visibility was about 20-25' when you were above the algae. The water was incredibly comfortable, even though we both dove in our swim trunks only. There were jellyfish about, but not enough to where you couldn't dodge them :) Enjoyed the typical fish - Damsels, Pinfish, Toadfish, Flounder, Grouper, Wrasse, Blennies, Grunts, Spades, ect. We were also visited by a medium sided(maybe 2' in length total) sea-turtle. No idea what kind it was, but it was my first underwater experience with a seaturtle.

The camera I usually take pics with belong to my roomate, since he came along I figured he'd be using it. However, he forgot it himself so we are left pictureless! Arg!

I hate when that happens :D .

No kidding, all the more reason for me to invest in my own rig instead of relying on the roomate's anyway :)

I was out there on the 31st, but didn't see the turtle. I heard a lot of people talking about it though.
