hi any information about when diving computer capture pressure, temperature...?
every second, 5 seconds...
thanks

I have a VEO 2.0 Oceanic - it is user defined - 2 secs, 15 secs, 30 secs or 60 secs. At 2 seconds depending on the length of the dives it holds less history of dives on the PDC. At 60 second sampling rate you can hold more historical dives. I download all my dives to my PC so I use 2 second sampling.

don't know if it's only for the log or if it's capture data every sec and log every x second

Model dependent; some are adjustable, some are not.

Is there a question behind your question?

"Capture" and "log" would be the same thing. Would make no sense to "capture" data more frequently than the computer is going to "log" it.

not really

log is usefull for the user, capture is usefull to get more precision

A dive computer is about as precise as a hammer.

From the Oceanic Manual - "Sampling Rate is the frequency at which data is sampled and stored for download to the OceanLog PC Interface Program."
