I bought this Deep6 Gear 4000 lumen canister light (backmount style gland), then realized that it has the batteries that you can't fly with. So it has to go, never been in the water.

Well, no but don’t want to risk it.

Would hate to have to pay to ship this home from the airport and then get to Tulum without a primary. Yes, could rent one but why go through all this when I could just do the right thing from the start?
