I just picked up the new deep 6 stability 30 lb wing, no testing yet but I may check capacity in the pool tomorrow and it’s going to Curacao with me next week. Landon mention the low profile elbow he managed to equip it with, I assume it’s proprietary threading etc. but don’t know yet, so far it looks great and the elbow is very low profile, nice water resistant/repellant material, I don’t need 30 lb in warm water but it looks smaller than the rating …

A dive rite travel 25 lb for the comparison

Thanks Lex! My single tanks wings are currently in good shape, but the quick drying material makes me want to grab a couple to replace my current ones. I actually skipped a dive last year so my gear could dry before the flight home.

What do you think of that soft STA? I have one that looks identical on a different brand wing and was pleasantly surprised how something so small and "inconsequential" seemed to function perfectly.

Undecided on that at the moment but I have used a similar one in the past and they do tend to work very well, I may go with a conventional STA this trip.

The inflator elbow seems quite similar to the new Mares Ergo inflator.

Is the dump valve also a custom threading? If so, would be really awesome if Deep6 could also make a DSMB with the same dump valve, I've always liked the ability to use your SMB to fix a broken wing dump valve in a pinch.
