As posters above have said, I would do as much prior to going as possible. Getting the learning and pool work out of the way here means the most time enjoying yourself out there.

Can't really say where I would prefer to go but they all sound great - especially if you get free accommodation!
 
Elearning, so long as that teaching style fits all of them. I faired better with elearning for my OW, but I knew my son would do better with personal interaction so he did classroom. As for referral pool work, I disagree with most people here. I personally think it is more important for skills to be practiced in co fined water directly before applying them in open water. The longer time between elearning, pool work, and open water dives is detrimental to me. I feel if it is one continuous learning experience, then detainment and application of skills and knowledge are much better. Either way congratulations, its awesome to share this with our children.
