I'm a Fish!
I currently have a s95 with dc-38 housing. and a dual strobe intova iss4000 with fiber optic cable ( I love the setup, and want to do a full review some day when i have time). I want to start adding some wet lenses to the mix. I'm happy with it but want to expand the cameras capabilities.

I'm thinking of the Fantasea Underwater Wide-Angle BigEye Lens, and the appropriate adapter for my case. I was also thinking of getting the fantasea 67mm thread adapter for future purchases.

Is there any better lenses out there at that affordable a price ( ~$250 for lens and adapter, or $75 for 67mm thread adapter) Just curious as to what you guys are using and what you think is worth investing in.

Just me but I would not waste my time with that sort of thing. For your DC38 housing, your only option is the Inon adapter kit and the Inon WAL100-28LD lens, with or without the Dome II kit.

With the Recsea95 housing you have many options via a system of adapters for nearly every lens made, with the FIX95 you have a couple of options, namely the Fisheye UWL-04 and Dyron lens and with the Ikelite you also have several options since it has the "universal" 67mm port thread.

There are many threads with all of this, pros, cons, this and thats of it all, do a search.

I'd invest a little extra money in the Dyron 15mm WA lens, it will give you a wider angle of view. Getting closer to the subject will allow you to get sharper photos.
