I have a DC310 housing but dropped the camera on the cement outside the housing and broke it. I would love to find a DC310 Sea & Sea that somebody wants to sale. If you have seen one anywhere, please let me know. If you have one, please contact me and we will talk.

Once these things break they are cheaper to replace. Which I did with the DC 500.

Thanks

I've read in the uw photography forum that the DC310 internal camera is just a basic 3MP Vivitar which are or were available at Walmart. I'm not sure if they would still be available, this tech ages quickly, and even if you found one, you'd need to upload the Sealife Firmware onto the unit, and I'm not sure if that's easy to do, but maybe you should try asking about this over at the uw photograaphy forum. Good luck.

Actually it is a Vivatar, which at one time you could buy at Walmart. however I don't think the walmart brand had the same flash code/prom loaded, so you'd have to upgrade the prom/flash. The difference in the flash prom is the udnerwater settings. The walmart cameras don't come with them.

personally I'd call Pioneer Research, the company that makes Reefmaster cameras and ask for their repair department. Though these cameras are not "high end" by any means, their support department is. They have a very good reputation for helping customers with broken cameras. They send me some replacement parts for free for example.

If you find that you can't find a replacement camera, lemme know and I might buy the housing as a spare for mine.
