DC1000, DC1000 maxx, DC1000 elite?

I see on sea-lifes website these 3 cameras. I purchased the basic DC1000 and I like my pictures. Why the difference in models can I just buy the external flashes to make it maxx or elite model? Is there aftermarket flashes that I can use?

Yes elite is 1 strobe,maxx double strobes

I bought the DC1000 Elite because it included the strobe and a wide angle lens. It was cheaper in the long than buying the camera and case, then adding the strobe and wide angle lens.

You can just add the strobes to what you have.

IMHO you should also get the diffusers when you buy the strobes, they help.

I have the diffuser and they do make a big difference!
