DC 1000 USB Issue

MY DC 1000 does not see the usb connection when trying to upload to my pc. I also do not see the pc connect option on the menu in the camera. What do I need to do to get it to see the usb? I have tried different usb cables still the same issue. For now I transfer the SD card to another camera or my card reader.

This camera does not support Windows 7. So if you using 7 than you will have to do whatever to transfer. If not then call support.

I have W7 but, I also tried it on my XP pc. I guess I will give support a call.
