Wind Dancer - Cocos Island
Escape to Cocos Island a lush, green uninhabited island resting 342 miles off Costa Rica's Pacific coast. Rocky pinnacles surrounding Cocos are beacons for big animals and big action. Schooling hammerheads, countless white-tip sharks, mantas, tuna and even whale sharks call Cocos home.

September is the perfect time to visit Cocos Island as the colder water brings the large schools of hammerheads that Cocos is so famous for into shallower water. It is also the time when Humpback whales and Orcas are seen!

Leave your Worries at Home
Dancer Fleet has developed a StormCheck Policy that let's you do just that. In the event of a named meteorological storm during your charter, we've got you covered.

Summer is the perfect season to visit the Bahamas and the Caribbean. August and September are the calmest, clearest and warmest months of the year in this tropical environment. But it is also the "heart of hurricane season", which can put off many travelers.

If you miss any days of diving caused by a named storm, we'll give you a voucher to come back and make up the days you've missed.

Your safety is always our primary concern and modern technology is great - tropical storms are seen coming off the coast of Africa and tracked well in advance. Plus, if a storm is brewing and you are not near it - then you typically end up with exceptional weather since a storm has extremely low pressure and pulls up all the bad weather around it.
