Damsel?

This photo was taken in about 30' of water in a bay in Salalah, Oman on the Indian Ocean. The photo was taken early in the afternoon. I think it's a damsel, but I'm not sure what species. It's sort of green with a blue head and a verticle black stripe by the tail. Any help would be appreciated.

They're Cardinalfish but I don't know the species from Oman well enough to say which one. My guess would be that it's Ring-tailed Cardinalfish (Apogon aureus).
