Here is some additional info, as in today's CaymanNetNews:

"According to an airline industry release, residents of the New York Tri-State area which encompasses the states of New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut can now escape even easier to the Cayman Islands, thanks to the new Delta Air Lines nonstop service set to kick off June 12.

Flights will operate once a week on Saturdays using the 160-seat Boeing 737-800, departing at 8:10 a.m. from New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport and arriving in Grand Cayman at 11:10 a.m. Flights depart Grand Cayman at 12 pm and arrive back in New York at 5:15 pm.

Cayman Airways, the National Carrier, presently flies to and from New York four times a week."
