I'll second the Zeagle Escape over the Falcon... In all honesty, we brought in a bunch of them... It was really kinda sad. Much like the ugly mutt at the pet store who keeps watching all the cute puppies get a home... the Falcons just watched the Zeagles go out our door. Sure occassionally someone would pet the Falcon... Maybe even put it on - but then they'd check out the Escape and the Falcon would again have to watch another happy BC off on a dive trip.
We felt sorry for them, so we sent them all back to Dacor in hopes they could find a good home for them.
For a BC at the same money, it lacks the padding, modular desing, and the weight pockets aren't as nice as the Zeagle system. Also the had pack does make it a lot bulkier when packing. But the real diffence is simply the way they feel when you strap one on.
