I just bought a new cylinder and am trying to decypher the markings. I've worked out most I think, but some elude me. Can anyone help with lines marked with astericks? tks

Top Row
MADE IN ITALY (country of manufacture)
FABER (manufacturer)
09/2765 038 (year, batch and number within batch)
3/4 NPSM (thread)
WA 13206 *

Second Row
BS5045/1/CM/S *
TP348BAR (hydrostatic test pressure)
11.09 *
RCP232BAR 15C (recommended charging pressure at temperature)

12.2L (capacity in litres)
WT 13.2KG (weight in kilograms)

The 11*09 is possibly the hydro date......Is there a stamped marking (numbers or logo) between the 11 and 09?
....can't help you with the other one.

BS5045 is a scuba cylinder standard recognised in Australia

The above two posts are correct hydro date and manufacturing standard for steel cylinders (BS==British Standard 5045, Part 1).

Thanks.
