It's making a slow approach at Cat-1. That's got to be a lot of rain...!

DanyDon: I am currently in Madagascar and will be heading for Nosy Be on the 16 Feb (Wed) to do some diving there. Are you familiar with Nosy Be? Any advice? Recommendations?

Sincerely, Finbob

I should have added that I am currently in Tamatave. And yep, there is a lot of rain and power cuts.

This one built up to Cat-3 before landing, hasn't died down much on this map, and looks like it's going to rake the entire island before it leaves.

Sorry, Finbob - I don't know the area at all. Just posting a weather map. Be careful there. Flooding is the big killer of cyclones.
