Hi everyone,

parts of NT and Queensland have recentluy been hit hard by a cyclone which makes me doubt my original plan: going on a liveaboard boat trip for 4 days to the GBR.

Who's in the area and wants to share some serious weather forecast?

Many thanks!
Kay

Totally safe and operators don’t run in cyclones. We send out warnings.

The NT is a LONG way from the GBR and apart from a little bit of rain are completely unaffected.

Check with your operator or agent with any concerns, and also use the Bureau of Meteorology site for cyclone and weather updates.

Weather here now is sunny and humid as per usual!
