Is anyone else having problems with terrible customer service from L&M? I contacted them about a month ago about an issue with a light. They have responded 3 times and now have completely stopped responding.

Very disheartening, anyone have any contact info? When I call them, I get a voicemail telling them to email them at the address that has quit responding.
 
california just went into lockdown again, that might be affecting their response time. my previous experience with them has been fairly good. still own 2 solas even though i don't use them much anymore.
 
Their voicemail says they are all working from home. I sincerely doubt they get so many emails they can't respond for over a week.
