I know this site has been mentioned somewhere else on this forum, but it is excellent enough to warrant another mention. www.awoosh.com has some excellent slide shows on dive trips around the world including a great one on Curacao. Includes some topside pics.

Though my album doesn't compare to awoosh, I also have some pics of Curacao:

Page 2 has a few underwater shots, but bear in mind I only used a dispo underwater camera.

Though not a diver, the snorkelling in Curacao was the best we'd ever seen. Saw dozens of morays, scorpionfish, pufferfish, barracuda, the regular tangs, and parrot fish. Also saw an octopus, lobster, sand divers, black jack (scared the crap out of me!), cowfish, trunkfish, reef squid and many, many more. And that was just at our resort!

Brenda,
I enjoyed your pictures, especially the topside ones. Thanks for sharing. We're headed to Curacao in January. Staying at Sunset Waters, diving with Sunset Divers. Can't wait!

Gee thanks Brenda, I was just about to get over not being on island and here you have to post these torture photos. My PBD (Post Bonaire Depression) had been somewhat relieved by my Curaco trip but it just flaired up again.
Ok, where's the Amstel and the travel agents web address.......:)

Seriously, thanks for posting, you have some really nice pictures. We dove Curacao for the first time this July. We enjoyed ourselves and intend to return to do some more exploring. I think it's a good compromise for divers and non divers. Which resort did you stay at?

We were at Sunset Waters. No frills resort, but wonderful staff. And Scubagirl....if Steve is still at Sunset Divers, say hi to him from the four old Canadian snorkellers! The staff there was great...let me use their books to ID fish. Food was top class. A couple of buffets a week, but most meals are a la carte. We had some amazing food there.

I posted reviews of the resort on tripadvisor.com and www.debbiescaribbeanresortreviews.com
