Is the Curacao Now promotion offered every year? I noticed it has been for at least the last two; I was just wondering if I could plan on it for 2011.

You are right, the Curacao Now (or Curacao - Wow, as they call it now) incentive has been offered in one fashion or the other for a couple of years in a row, now. But they discussed and modified it every year, and there is no guarantee that they will keep it up next year again; so it is nothing you can depend on making your plans.
On the other hand, you will always find attractive offers for dive trips to Curacao, even without the Curacao Now program
