The fearless lionfish huntresses of the Caribbean

Two women are working to save the coral reef from the invasive lionfish, using it as a sustainable teaching tool and cooking it into everything from tacos to fish and chips.

It was tough to find but we ate there last August. Lionfish tacos and lionfish nuggets.

Ate there last trip and enjoyed very much. Planning on going back when I’m back on the island this summer. We had the tacos and fish and chips.
